Five Basic Principles on which change in the WIA should be based

2 The change must be  "significant".
Page 2             3 Services are important but, in general, do not motivate people to join.

At least some in the WIA are beginning to think!  Dave VK4OF, the VK4 Federal Councillor has commented on our proposals. While we at ARA Inc. disagree with much of Dave's membership model, it is a good contribution to further debate.
